Orders & Payment

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you’ve just placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production or shipping, we’ll do our best to help update or cancel it.

For personalized items, changes may not be possible once production has started.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, if your order has not shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and updated address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards. Available payment options may vary depending on your location and device.

Why did my payment fail?

Payments may fail for several reasons, including incorrect card details, bank authorization issues, billing address mismatch, or temporary system issues.

Please double-check your information or try a different payment method.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After your order is placed successfully, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Personalization

Can I personalize every case?

Not every design is customizable. If a product includes a personalization box or customization option on the product page, that item can be personalized.

If no customization option appears, that design is not currently available for personalization.

Can I change my personalized text after placing the order?

If production has not started, we’ll do our best to help. Once production begins, personalized details usually cannot be changed.

Please review spelling, capitalization, and punctuation carefully before placing your order.

Will my name or text be printed exactly as entered?

Yes, in most cases your text will be produced exactly as submitted. Please double-check all spelling and formatting before checkout.

Can personalized items be returned or refunded?

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, incorrect text entered by the customer, or ordering the wrong model.

If there is a production issue, printing error, damage, or incorrect item received, please contact us and we’ll review it promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery timing will be shown at checkout whenever available.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or holiday volume.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries and regions. Shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Will I receive tracking information?

In most cases, yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details if tracking is available for your shipment.

My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours after shipment confirmation. If your tracking has not updated after that timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help check the shipment status.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos or a short video showing the problem

We’ll review the case and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I return my order if I changed my mind?

Because some items are made to order or personalized, change-of-mind returns may not always be accepted.

If your item is non-personalized and unused, please contact us first and we’ll let you know whether your order is eligible based on the product type and order status.

What if I ordered the wrong phone model?

Please contact us immediately. If your order has not entered production or shipped, we may be able to update it.

Once production or shipping has started, changes may no longer be possible.

How long do refunds take?

If a refund is approved, it will usually be sent back to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Do I need to return the item before receiving a replacement?

This depends on the issue. In some cases, we may ask for photos only. In other cases, we may request that the item be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

Are your cases protective?

Our cases are designed to balance everyday protection with style. Protection level may vary by case type and design, so please check the product page for details specific to each item.

Are the cases bulky?

Different styles have different profiles. Some are slimmer and more lightweight, while others offer more structure and protection.

Will the print fade or scratch?

Our products are made for everyday use, but all printed or finished surfaces can show wear over time depending on handling, friction, impact, and exposure.

To help preserve the finish, avoid frequent contact with rough or sharp surfaces.

Do the colors look exactly the same in person?

We do our best to show colors as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and production variation.

MagSafe & Wireless Charging

Are your cases compatible with wireless charging?

Many of our cases support wireless charging, but compatibility may vary by style and model. Please refer to the product page for the most accurate details.

Are all cases MagSafe compatible?

No. Only selected products are MagSafe compatible. If a case supports MagSafe, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Will magnetic strength feel the same as a naked phone?

Magnetic strength can vary depending on the case design, phone model, charger, and accessory used. A MagSafe-compatible case is designed for magnetic alignment and everyday convenience, but performance may differ from using a phone without a case.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Can I use more than one discount code?

Usually only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Your code may not work if it has expired, does not apply to the items in your cart, requires a minimum spend, or cannot be combined with current promotions.

Will promotions apply to items already purchased?

Promotions generally apply only during the active promotional period and cannot usually be applied retroactively to past orders.
